KWARA POLICE RESCUE KWASU FEMALE STUDENT, ARREST SIX TERROR KIDNAPPERS WITH WEAPONS
Kwara State police command have rescued the abducted 300 level female student of Mass Communication of Kwara State University.
The police Public Relations Officer, Okasanmi Ajayi confirmed it in a statement.
Six suspects fingered in the act have been arrested according to the statement and different categories of weapons used in the kidnap were also recovered from them.

The Commissioner of Police Kwara State Police Command, CP Tuesday Assayomo, is happy to inform the general public of the successful search and rescue operation conducted in liberating the abducted 300L Mass Communication female student of Kwara State University by name Isiaq Kadijat.
The people may recall that on 23/8/2021, at about 930pm, a 300L female student of Kwara State University, Malete was kidnapped in one of the off campuses of the institution.
The command wishes to acknowledge the support of the Inspector General of police, IGP Usman Alkali Baba mni NPM, the local hunters, vigilante and the school authority.
The commissioner of police further reiterates his avowed commitment to making Kwara State uninhabitable and hot for criminals and would-be trouble makers.
Six suspects involved in the act have been arrested, different categories of weapons used in the kidnap were also recovered.
The suspects will be charged to court after investigation.
The victim has been medically examined and declared fit and will be reunited with her family.
