'MISSING' CHINESE MEDICAL EXPERTS ARE IN OUR CARE - CCECC
Following rising issues concerning the whereabouts of the Chinese Medical team who were reported missing, Michael Yigao, Managing Director of China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation (CCECC) has announced that the medical experts are in the company's care.
The Chinese Medical team who arrived Nigeria on April 8 were said to be missing.
Yigao told the press on Monday, May 18 that the Medical experts who came into the country to support the fight against Coronavirus are in their care.
Osagie Ehanire, Minister of Health, had said the Federal Government could not explain the whereabouts of the Chinese Medical team, because they were not hosted by the Federal Government but the CCECC.
Ehanire added that he would appreciate if the press stops asking his Ministry of their whereabouts.
Recall, the Peoples' Democratic Party(PDP) gave the All Progressives Congress(APC) led by the Federal Government an ultimatum of 48 hours to present the Chinese Medical Team.

Yigao added that the medical experts would be going back to their Country immediately the ban on commercial flight to China is lifted.
The CCECC Boss said his company would love to have more well meaning relationships with Nigeria.
He commended the Nigerian Medical team for supporting and fighting against the spread of Coronavirus in the country.
