POLICE ARREST ALLEGED KILLERS OF AHIAZU MBAISE DPO
Joint security forces have successfully arrested the suspected killers of the DPO and the inspector of Police of Ahiazu Mbaise divisional headquarters, Ahiazu Mbaise LGA, Imo State.
Recall that EONS INTELLIGENCE reported the attack launched on the DPO and the inspector on 28th November 2023 and the arrest made on the suspects involved in the attack.
Consequently, the development in the crime investigation yielded the confession of the arrested militias connecting to the dislodgement of the criminal syndicate at Umuohie in Ngor Okpala LGA, Imo State by police operatives, the Joint Task Force (JTF), and troops of the 34 Artillery Brigade, and the arrest of the suspects.
Items recovered are two automotive pump action rifles and six life cartridges.
