POLICE RESCUE 6-YEAR-OLD KIDNAPPED VICTIM, ARREST TEENAGE SYNDICATES
Operatives of the Kastina state police command have arrested three teenagers over the alleged abduction of a six-year-old girl one Fatima Abubakar.
The suspects include; Abdulrazak Ibrahim, Aliyu Salisu, and Mohammed Ibrahim, who are all 19 years old.
Information available indicates that the suspects conspired and kidnapped the victim at Bachirawa quarters, Kano state, on 6 January and whisked her to Kastina state, demanding a sum of N2 million as ransom from the victim’s parents.
Sequel to the abduction, one of the suspects was arrested at the point of collecting the N2 million ransom.
Meanwhile, other members of the syndicate were also arrested and the victim was rescued unhurt.
