SENIOR POLICE OFFICER ON THE RUN AFTER TESTING POSITIVE TO COVID-19
The police in Abuja have set up surveillance teams to find a senior police officer who is on the run after testing positive for Coronavirus.
The police received information that a CSP is COVID-19 positive had earlier been quarantined and under treatment at the National Hospital Abuja.
Eons Intelligence gathered that about 2 pm on Friday, a team of NCDC officials led by policemen arrived at Garki Barracks to evacuate the police officer who is a CSP attached to 21 PMF Nyanya Mine.
Confirmed sources said the CSP and his family members were sighted peeping at the officers and officials through the window but refused to open the door.
The CSP, whose name we are deliberately withholding, was later seen driving out of the barracks in his car to an unknown destination.
His phone number 0803****843 has also remained unreachable.
The police have set up surveillance teams to fish him out while the medical teams are on standby.
