UK ADMINISTERS PFIZER COVID-19 VACCINE TO 90-YEAR OLD WOMAN
The UK has administered the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine to a 90-year old woman.
This now makes her the first recipient of the COVID-19 vaccine.
On December 2, Eons Intelligence reported that the UK Government approved the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine for public use.
The vaccine was administered to Margaret Keenan, a 90-year old grandmother who hails from Coventry, Central England.
Reports indicate that the UK Government has ordered 40 million doses of the drug, enough to vaccinate 20 million people.
The production of this vaccine by Pfizer and BioNtech has raised hopes of a breakthrough in the fight against the Coronavirus pandemic that has killed over 1.5 million globally.
The UK is one of the most hit countries in the world by the raging virus, with over 1.6million cases and more than 61,000 deaths.
