Deborah Samuel: Nigeria bar association (NBA) may take over the prosecution of killers.
Mr olumide Akpata, the president of the Nigeria bar association said the organization may apply for the fiat to take over the prosecution of the arrested suspect regarding the death of Deborah Samuel, a 200L home economics student of Shehu Shagari college of education who was killed and burnt by angry mob over alleged blasphemy against prophet Mohammed.
Two suspects, Bilyaminu aliyu and Aminu hukunci were taken by the police to the Sokoto magistrate court where they have been reportedly arraigned on charges bordering public disturbance.
