OSIMHEN, TWO OTHER SUPER EAGLES PLAYERS OUT OF ISOLATION
Lille striker, Victor Osimhen, and two other Super Eagles players, Onuachu and Imoh Ezekiel, left the Lagos isolation centre today after being quarantined for 14 days.
Eons Intelligence had reported on May 28th, 2020, that the trio was quarantined in line with guidelines from the Federal Government and the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) for anyone returning from another country.
The Lille star, who lost his father on May 24th, after a brief illness, arrived at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos, after his club granted him a compassionate leave.
Osimhen scored 18 goals and made 6 assists in 31 appearances and was voted Lille’s player of the season by the French Ligue 1 club following his exceptional performances for the football club.
