GUNMEN KILL EX- EDUCATION SECRETARY, KIDNAP 20 TRAVELLERS IN NASARAWA
Unknown gunmen have killed the former education secretary of Nasarawa local government area, Malami Salihu and abducted 20 travellers on their way to Toto Local Government Area of the State.
The incident occurred on Tuesday afternoon along mungi sharp Conner Buga Gwari, Gadabuke area of Toto LGA
The 20 kidnapped victims who were travelling in three vehicles were intercepted by the gunmen who matched them into the bush.

The ES who was traveling alongside his friend in a private vehicle was also taken away with others, but his dead body was later found in a nearby bush.
Confirming the incident, the secretary of Gadabuke emirate council, Abdullahi Baba said the gunmen in their numbers laid siege in the bush and then attacked the vehicles plying the road and matched the passengers into the bush to an unknown destination.
He said “the former education secretary was also traveling alongside his friend in a private vehicle were also taken away with others but his dead body was later found in a nearby bush"
According to him, the kidnappers have not contacted any relative of the victims.
