SIT-AT-HOME ORDER: SUSPECTED IPOB MILITANTS STORM SCHOOL IN IMO, CHASE OUT STUDENTS FROM EXAM HALL

Reports indicate that unknown gunmen suspected to be members of the proscribed Indigenous Peoples of Biafra (IPOB) on Monday stormed the Comprehensive Secondary School, Nkume in Njaba Local Government Area of Imo State and stopped students from taking their examination.

Eons Intelligence gathered that the students were preparing to sit for English in the ongoing Junior Secondary School Examination before the gunmen forcefully infiltrated the school premises and dispersed them.

Although no casualties were recorded during the attack, sources say the gunmen set ablaze some motorcycles belonging to some of the staff and students.

Recall, Eons Intelligence reported that IPOB had declared Monday as sit-at-home to protest for the release of their leader, Nnamdi Kanu, who is facing charges before an Abuja High Court.
