BANDITS KILL HEAD OF SECURITY GUARDS AND A PERSONNEL IN ZAMFARA STATE
Bandits have killed the commander of the State's Community Protection Guard (CPG) of Tsafe town identified as Malam Aminu Muhammad and one other personnel, Ibrahim Kabiru in an attack launched on Tsafe town, Tsafe LGA, Zamfara State.
The information available indicates that the bandits invaded the town on 24 March 2024 at about 23:45hrs after they avoided the military personnel from the west of the town. Thereafter, they gain entrance into the town through the north where they sighted the commander of the state's community protection guards (CPG) who is incharge of Tsafe town and killed him and one other person with him. Also, they abducted four workers of a construction company and two displaced individuals who usually spend the night at Tsafe
Nonetheless, the bandits successfully the military and CPG patrol vehicles during the attack.
In a similar attack, these bandits papetrated their hellish activities in the same Tsafe town on 24 March 2024 and killed two wards head, and abducted three people.
