GUNMEN KILL FOUR OIL WORKERS IN OHAJI/EGBEMA LGA OF IMO STATE
Eons Intelligence have gathered that gunmen on Monday killed four oil workers of Lee Engineering Company in Assa community, Ohaji/Egbema Local Government Area of Imo State.
Sources say the victims were commuting to their oil plant when they were ambushed by their attackers.
It was gathered that four of them died instantly while others suffered severe gunshot wounds.
Confirming the incident to newsmen, the national president of Congress of Ohaji Youths, Emmanuel Ugorji, urged the Government to review the security apparatus in the area.
He said; “The first attack by this group was attacked on Oil Serve company and second was the kidnapping of the Cluster Development Board Chairman, Godswill Uzomba, whose whereabouts remained unknown since three months now and followed by burning of ZEROC equipment at Watersmith industrial park by a known criminal gang.”
