THREE POLICE ESCORTS KILLED AS GUNMEN ATTACK FORMER CBN GOVERNOR, KIDNAP COMMISSIONER
Unknown gunmen on Wednesday attacked the former governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Prof. Charles Soludo, killed three of his escorts and kidnapped a Commissioner.
Eons Intelligence gathered that the incident occurred at Isuofia, in Aguata Local Government Area of Anambra State during a meeting with the youths of the community.
Sources say the assailants carted away the weapons of the security escorts killed during the attack.
The incident adds to the growing number of attacks on security operatives in the Southern parts of the country.
