UPDATE: ABDUCTED TARABA LECTURER REGAIN FREEDOM
A lecturer of the Taraba State University, Umar Buba, who was kidnapped on Sunday, has regained his freedom.
Recall, Eons Intelligence reported that Umar was kidnapped in the early hours of Sunday from the staff quarters of the university.
Eons Intelligence gathered that he was released this morning. However, as of the time of filing this report, it cannot be ascertained if a ransom was paid to secure his release or not.
It is pertinent to mention that this would be the third abduction case recorded from the institution’s staff quarters.
Umar Buba is a lecturer and Head of the Department of Forestry and Wildlife Management, Faculty of Agriculture in Taraba State University.
