Alleged blasphemy; police seeks prime suspect.
Sokoto police have issued a culpable homicide warrant for the individuals involved in the viral video of Deborah Samuel's death.
In a statement on Tuesday, the command spokesman, ASP Sanusi Abubakar, declared the men seen in the viral video of Deborah Samuel's murder wanted for culpable homicide.
“Prime suspects that claimed responsibility for the murder of Deborah Samuel in the viral video were declared wanted,” Abubakar said.
He urged members of the public to help the police by reporting any information they have on the suspects to the command or any security organization in their domain.
"The command has already deployed all its intelligence and is on the lookout for the suspects" he added, assuring that the Sokoto Police Command is determined to apprehend the culprits.
