ANONYMOUS HACKS NBC TWITTER HANDLE, VOWS TO ‘PLAY WITH’ OTHER GOVERNMENT WEBSITES
Hackers collective Anonymous has hacked the Twitter handle of the National Broadcasting Commission (NBC).
Eons Intelligence earlier reported that the hacktivist group claimed it hacked different Nigerian Government websites to support Nigerians in their protest against police brutality
The group in the early hours of Friday, October 16, tweeted using the NBC official handle, supporting the #EndSARS movement.
“We #Anonymous have taken over all the NG Official Twitter’s Account to support #ENDPOLICEBRUTALITY,” the group said in one of the tweets on the NBC handle.
“WE’RE TOGETHER WITH NIGERIANS. EXPECT UNEXPECTED.”
It also called on Nigerians to suggest other Government websites for hacking.
“Good morning, great Nigerians. TGIF and it’s also a good day to #EndSARS and #EndSWAT
“Which government website(s) would you want us to play with?
“Drop your suggestions under this tweet,” the hacker tweeted via the NBC Twitter handle.

It reiterated its support in fighting against police brutality and bad governance.
