BANDITS STORM ZAMFARA COMMUNITY, KILL ONE RESIDENT AND RUSTLE SEVERAL CATTLE
Bandits have attacked Gabaken Mesa community in Zamfara State, Kaura Namoda LGA of Zamfara State, killing one person.
Eons Intelligence gathered that the assailants stormed the community around 1.45am on Thursday midnight, went straight to the house of the victim, and gunned him down.
Sources also disclose that the assailants also rustled several cattle during the attack which lasted for several hours without security intervention.
There has been a surge in banditry attacks in the North-West in recent weeks, notably in Zamfara State, leaving many dead and injured, properties destroyed, and cattle rustled.
This prompted the Zamfara State Government to shut all telecommunication services in the State.
