COVID-19: NCDC SETS UP TWO NEW LABORATORIES IN THE NORTH
The Nigeria Centre for Disease and Control has recently set up two new Laboratories to the Molecular Laboratory Network for the fight against the Coronavirus Pandemic.
The two laboratories are situated at the Usman Dan Fodio University Teaching Hospital, Sokoto, and the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Kaduna.

This new development means Nigeria now has 15 molecular Laboratories with the capacity to test the COVID-19 virus.
The country on April 24 confirmed over 1000 cases of the coronavirus with 208 recoveries.
