GOVERNOR SANWO-OLU UNVEILS NEW 150-BED ISOLATION CENTRE IN YABA
Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu has unveiled an ultra modern 150-bed Isolation Centre in Yaba.
This was confirmed by the Senior Special Assistant to the Lagos State Governor on Media, Jubril Gawat, via his official Twitter handle.
Gawat tweeted; "Governor of Lagos State, Mr @jidesanwoolu today unveiled a 150-bed #COVID19 Isolation Centre at the Mainland Infectious Disease Hospital, Yaba. This facility was built & donated by Private Sector Coalition Against COVID19 @cacovidng to @followlasg for #COVID19Lagos Response."
As of June 29th, 2020, according to the NCDC, Lagos State has recorded 10,144 cases of COVID-19.
Of the 10,144 cases, 8,426 are active and are on admission, 1,592 discharges have been made, and 126 deaths have been recorded.
