GUNMEN AMBUSH AND KILL TWO POLICEMEN IN TARABA
Reports indicate that gunmen on Tuesday ambushed and killed two policemen attached to Karim Lamido local government division, in Taraba state.
The deceased officers, a sergeant and a constable, were killed along Jen road in Taraba.
Eons Intelligence gathered that the incident happened around 7pm when the security operatives were on the way to their duty post at Jen community.
Sources say the victims stopped at an isolated area in Karim Lamido Jen road to rectify a fault noticed from the vehicle they were driving when the armed men emerged from a nearby bush and opened fire on their innocent souls.
The incident comes less than 24 hours after gunmen killed a policeman and a soldier in Delta State.
