GUNMEN ASSASSINATE FORMER OGUN STATE PERMANENT SECRETARY, WIFE IN THEIR LAGOS RESIDENCE
A Former Ogun permanent secretary and his wife have been assassinated in Lagos following an armed attack in his residence in Allen Avenue, Ikeja, Lagos State on 18th March 2023. The alleged killers also attacked the domestic worker of the couple.

The incident was reported to the police by someone who raised an alarm over the brutal murder of the couple, when the police got there, they found the man and his wife lifeless with marks of violence on their bodies. The aged couple was found in a pool of blood and the housemaid taking care of them was found unconscious with bruises on her face and body.
The housemaid was subsequently taken to the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital, where she is currently receiving treatment. The information available indicates that the police found a machete, a plank of wood, one nose mask, a touch light, and one ID card at the victims’ residence.
