Many bodies were burnt beyond recognition, while several others sustained various levels of injuries as a result of a fatal auto crash at Agulu Lake Bridge, in Anambra State on Sunday.

The accident involved a Truck, a Shuttle bus and another Mitsubishi L200 bus. An eyewitness, Micheal Anochie told Anambra Broadcasting Service (ABS)'s Emmanuel Chignata that the accident occurred when a Mack Truck loaded with chippings, lost control and hit the Mitsubishi bus from the rear. The impact was said to have been transferred to the opposite lane.
