The Plateau State police command has approved the release of burial expenses for officers who died in active service in the State between 2013 and 2020.

In a press statement on Tuesday January 19, by ASP Gabriel Ogaba, the State's Police PRO, the next of kin of all concerned families are to report at the Mechanized Salary Section (MSS) of the State command with relevant documents for verification.

Eons Intelligence gathered that the Gombe State Police command had earlier issued a statement stating that it has approved the release of burial expenses for officers who died in the State within that period.

Eons Intelligence projects that such action would be taken by police authorities in other State's Command.
