POLICE ARREST 75-YEAR-OLD MAN OVER ATTEMPTED RAPE OF 25-YEAR-OLD WOMAN
Operatives of Adamawa State Police Command on 30th October 2023 apprehended a 75years old Man for attempting to rape a 25yrs old who visited him in Mukuvinyi Village, Hong local government Area.
The suspect one Daniel Jaja, 75years old on 18/10/2023 in Mukuvinyi village, Hong local government area was said to have invited his Victim to his House and Suddenly advanced forcefully to have Unlawful carnal knowledge of her until she resisted.
The investigation so far reveals that Victim while trying to prevent the act used a razor blade and cut the erect penis from penetrating her leaving him with a serious injury and now on admission in a hospital, receiving treatment.
The Commissioner of Police CP Afolabi Babatola who frowns at the ugly incident has directed the officer in charge of the family support unit of the command to take over the investigation and ensure diligent prosecution.
