POLICE ENFORCE BAN ON VEHICLES WITH TINTED GLASS AND COVERED PLATE NUMBER IN ANAMBRA
The Anambra State Police command has placed a ban on vehicles with tinted glass and covered plate number in the State.
In a statement by the State's Police PRO, DSP Ikenga Tochukwu, the Commissioner of Police, CP MB Kuryas, gave this directive to prevent and checkmate further attacks on security operatives and properties in the State.
The CP revealed that criminals in the State have taken advantage of covered plate numbers and tinted vehicles to unleash mayhem on residents and perpetrate their nefarious activities.
Recall that Hoodlums on Thursday killed a police officer during an attack on a police patrol team in Anambra, adding to the disturbing list of attacks on security officers and police facilities in the South.
