SUSPECTED IPOB MILITANTS SET MONARCH’S PALACE ABLAZE IN IMO
Gunmen suspected to be IPOB militants have set the palace of the traditional ruler of the Etekwuru community in the Ohaji/Egbema Local Government Area of Imo State on fire, Eons Intelligence have gathered.
Eons Intelligence gathered that the gunmen stormed the Traditional Ruler’s palace on Thursday night.
Reports say the Monarch was not in his house when the suspected IPOB Militants got there. This prompted them to set the house ablaze.
Sources disclose that the assailants also razed the Monarch’s private car and some of his properties during the incident.
This comes after the Federal Government arraigned Nnamdi Kanu, IPOB Leader, and Separatist, on Thursday. Following the arraignment of the agitator, IPOB Militants went on rampage and unleashed mayhem in various cities in the South-East.
Recall that Eons Intelligence late on Thursday that unknown gunmen set the Isiala Mbano Police Divisional Headquarters, freeing several suspects held in detention.
