TROOP ARRESTS ALLEGED CULT MEMBERS IN DELTA STATE
In a successful operation, troops from Sector 1 of the Joint Task Force Operation Delta Safe apprehended three suspects alleged to be members of the notorious Vikings cult group. The suspects, identified as Abel Festus, Ramsey Akporoyibo, and Stephen Omah, were arrested in the Oghareki community while traveling in a Lexus RX 350.
Security forces seized an arsenal of weapons, including five pump-action rifles and a Dane gun. Locals in Sapele identified one of the suspects, reportedly known as "Odu."
The suspects are currently in custody, undergoing further investigation as the Joint Task Force works to maintain regional peace and stability. This operation demonstrates the Task Force's commitment to combating criminal activity and ensuring public safety.
