ZAMFARA: NIGERIA PRESENTS N23.5M TO 21 NEXT OF KIN OF LATE OFFICERS
The check of N23.5m was presented to 21 next of kin of the police officers who lost their lives while in active service.
The Zamfara State Commissioner of Police, Mohammed Bunu, presented the check to the concerned families noting that the money will alleviate the suffering being encountered by families of deceased officers.
Meanwhile, Bunu appreciated the national leadership of the police force for the kind gesture and persistent concern for the welfare of serving and retired police officers in the state, as well as the families of late officers.
