POLICE NAB 4 ARMED ROBBERS DISGUISED IN MILITARY UNIFORM IN EDO
The operatives of Edo State Police Command apprehended four suspected armed robbers disguised in military uniforms.
The suspects were arrested following a report by the victim, Grace Ainabe, who was attacked and robbed in her residence and carted away her money and other valuables.
The information available indicates that the suspects broke into the victim's house from the POP ceiling and robbed the entire family of their belongings and forced their victim to transfer N447,000 from her account, constrained her of her bank account secret codes so that they could access her account, and also carted away her phones, jewelry.

The arrested suspects; Iyabo Victor 35, Osas Aganmwonyi 28, Nosa Owie 24, and Idi Etukudo made a foreign exchange of the money and shared it among themselves before their arrest.
Some items retrieved from them include an iPhone 13 worth N500,000.00, iPhone 6 worth N48,000.00 and jewelry worth N850,000, a fan valued at N140,000, a standing fan worth N95,000, an LG split Air-condition worth N360,000, washing machine, Inverter battery and accessories, gas cylinders, among others.
