BOKO HARAM TERRORIST GUNNED DOWN WHILE SCOUTING FOR FOOD

No doubt Boko Haram Terrorists are starving and are desperately in search of food as it continue to lose fighters to military forces as in the case in Cameroon community of Kolofata on Sunday, August 30 situated in the country's far north region.


A source familiar with the incident said the town came under attack on Sunday night when the armed insurgents stormed the settlement and engaged in a fierce fire exchange with the valiant soldiers.


According to the source, the incident made it the 7th time the sect is attacking the area in 10 days.

Intelligence available revealed that the sects was in desperation as it continue to attack villages for food items.


Some other items targeted by the terrorists included Mosquito nets and torches.


The continued military onslaught on the insurgents targeting its supplies, storages and arm logistics across various local and international routes must have started having serious impact on the survival of the various camps.


Recall that Boko Haram insurgents on Saturday shot a pregnant woman when they invaded Amtchali village at the outskirt of Mora town in the country. 


Report says the insurgents looted about 15 houses before leaving the village.  


The injured woman is currently receiving treatment in a hospital in Mora.


This is coming barely 4 days after men suspected to be members of the Boko Haram Insurgents kidnapped six women in Kerewa area of Cameroon.


The women were abducted on the morning of Wednesday, August 26, when they went to the bush to fetch firewood in Kerewa, a border town close to Nigeria.

Recall that the gallant Cameroonian troops successfully repelled Boko Haram Insurgents on August 23 when it attacked Moskota village, Eons Intelligence reports.


Boko Haram Terrorists attacks have intensified in far North Cameroon, which borders the Islamist terror group's bases around Lake Chad and Northeastern Nigeria, since 2014. 


More than 2,000 persons have been killed in the region since 2014, according to security reports.
