COURT SENTENCE HILTON HOTEL OWNER, DR ADEDOYIN TO DEATH OVER MURDER COMMITTED IN 2021
Dr. Rahman Adedoyin, the owner of Hilton Hotel Ile-Ile, was found to have allegedly murdered one Timothy Adegoke OAU postgraduate student following the verdict of Osun State Chief Judge, Justice Oyebola Ojo today 30th May 2023.
Recall that Timothy Adeshina was on 7th November 2021 found missing in his hotel room in Osogbo when he went to write his Postgraduate examination in OAU before he was declared dead.
The Chief Judge in her judgment said the owner of the hotel alongside two of his workers, are found culpable of conspiracy to commit murder, and unlawful killing of the deceased following case established by the prosecuting counsel, Femi Falana, SAN.
The Chief Judge thus sentenced Dr. Rahman Adedoyin, owner of Hilton Hotel Ile-Ile to death by hanging.
