ISWAP JUDICIARY COUNCIL RESHUFFLES CABINET, APPOINTS SANI SHUWARAM IN A STRATEGIC MOVE TO ATTACK IDENTIFIED LOCATIONS IN BORNO STATE

Members of ISWAP Judicial Council of the Islamic State of West Africa Province have appointed a new leader, 45-year old Sani Shuwaram.

Shuwaram is the fifth recognized ISWAP figure by ISIS Central, after Mamman Nur, Abu Mosab Albarnawwy, Abbah-Gana, Abu-Dawud a.k.a Abu Hafsat Al-Ansari and Aba-Ibrahim.

His appointment comes in to replace outgoing Aba-Ibrahim who was appointed by Abu-Mosasab Albarnawwi’s Interim Committee.
