POLICE ARREST TWO SECURITY GUARDS, 15 OTHERS OVER LOOTING ABUJA WAREHOUSE

No fewer than 15 suspects and two security guards who were involved in the looting of the FCT warehouse have been arrested by the operatives of Federal Capital Territory Police Command, Abuja.


The information available indicates that the hoodlums invaded the warehouse belonging to the Federal Capital Territory Department of Agriculture located at Karimo, phase 3 on 3rd February 2024 and looted the foods stored in the warehouse.


Meanwhile, in the process of restoring serenity to the warehouse, two local security guards employed by the warehouse management were arrested including 15 suspects. 


Items recovered were 26 bags of maize, five motorcycles and some vandalized aluminium roofs.
