POLICE NAB 11 SUSPECTS WITH HUMAN SKULLS IN OYO STATE
The operatives of Oyo state Police Command have arrested 11 suspects in possession of nine dry human skulls, one fresh human head, and other sensitive body parts.
Information available indicates that the suspects who specialized in human skulls and other organ trade for ritual purposes were arrested in their hideout at Orita-Aperin area of Ibadan.
Meanwhile, the 11 suspects confessed that the dry human skulls were harvested from corpses at burial grounds, while the fresh human head and other body organs were reaped from persons after being butchered by their tycoon, known as Amuludun who is now at large.

Thereupon, the wife of one of the suspects claimed that her husband is an Islamic cleric and was amazed at how he got a human skull in his office.
Similarly, another 16 alleged kidnappers and armed robbers were arrested following the discreet intelligence gathering carried out on 22nd February 2023 by a police monitoring unit that uncovered the criminal activities of the suspects.
Nonetheless, another seven suspected armed robbers who gained access to a community called Felele in Ibadan with guns and some other harmful weapons were arrested after the victims raised an alarm and attracted a police monitoring unit.
