POLICE NAB SUSPECTED BANDIT LIAISING FOR AN ATTACK IN BENUE STATE
The operatives of Benue State Police Command arrested a suspected bandit on 22nd April 2023 for liaising with criminal herders at about 1230hrs and inviting them to attack a village in Anyiin, Logo LGA, Benue state.
The young man identified as Ephraim Ternenge was seen along Taraba/Benue border wandering around suspiciously before someone approached him.

Meanwhile, the suspect had confessed to liaising with criminal herders in the forest to pay him so that he can facilitate an attack on a village in Anyiin.
Hence, the investigation is still ongoing on his involvement in the recent attack and the possible arrest of other suspects involved in carrying out such heinous crimes.
