ABIA STATE GOVERNMENT LOSSES COMMISSIONER
Solomon Ogunji, Abia State Commissioner for Environment, is dead.
This was disclosed by the State Commissioner for Information, John Okiyi-Kalu, in a statement on Sunday, May 24.
According to Kalu, the deceased passed away on Saturday, 23rd May, 2020, at the Abia State University Teaching Hospital, Aba, after a brief illness related to high blood pressure.
Okezie Ikpeazu, Abia State Governor, who received the sad news with shock yesterday (Saturday) has personally communicated and condoled with the family of the deceased.
