ABIA STATE GOVERNMENT TO REWARD WHOSOEVER PROVIDES THE IDENTITIES OF THE HOODLUMS WHO ATTACKED A POLICE STATION IN ABA WITH N1M
The Abia State Government has promised to reward whosoever provides the identities of the hoodlums who attacked a police station in Aba with N1M.
Eons Intelligence earlier reported that Hoodlums on Tuesday invaded the Nigerian Police Divisional Headquarters, in Abayi Osisioma Ngwa, Aba in Abia state, killing two policemen.
In a statement by the State's Commissioner of Information, Chief John Okiyi Kalu, the Government is working with security agencies to arrest those who unleashed mayhem in Aba.
It stated that no part of the State would be ceded to criminals under any guise and it would ensure that the perpetrators of the act are brought to justice.
The Government also imposed a ban on Keke/Okada operations between 7pm and 7am in all major cities of the State starting from Tuesday, 23rd February, 2021.
It admonished banks and other institutions to fortify their security apparatus and urged all security formations across the State to remain on alert until normalcy and calm has been restored.
