ABUJA POLICE NEUTRALIZE TWO ARMED ROBBERS, ARREST TWO, RECOVER OPERATIONAL VEHICLE
The operatives of Federal Capital Territory Police Command have arrested two armed robbers and gunned down another two while attempting to snatch a Prado Jeep at gunpoint in the Jahi area, Abuja.
Available information indicates that the four-men armed robbers while carrying out their illegal activities to snatch a Prado Jeep on 25th July 2024 at about 2245hrs sight the police operatives on patrol. They engage with the operative in a gun duel, which subsequently led to the instant death of two among the gang men.
However, the other two identified as Joshua Godfrey A.K.A. Dogo and Abdulsalam Mamuda, both of Mabushi villages, were arrested.
Meanwhile, the operatives recovered a Toyota Corolla car with registration number RBC 743 AH and a blue Toyota Matrix operational vehicle with registration No. BWR 626 JB which is believed to have been snatched from an innocent resident.
