COVID-19: FCTA COMMENCES COMMUNITY ACTIVE CASE SEARCH
As number of confirmed cases rise daily in Nigeria, especially The Federal Capital Territory. The Federal Capital Territory Administration Public Health Department has started community active case search.
Meanwhile, the exercise has been carried out at Mpape, a residential area in the FCT.
The exercise is occasioned to sensitive the people and collect samples of eligible clients.
The community active case search will be extended to other communities in Abuja Municipal Area Council; Gishiri, Utako and Mabushi tomorrow and next 15th and 16th.
The exercise is aimed at screening people with history of cough, fever, catarrh, chest pain and difficulty which are the basic symptoms of coronavirus.
