Medical Doctors in Delta State have commenced a two-day warning strike over the kidnap of one of the State’s medical doctors, Dr. Wisdom Iboyitete.
Dr. Iboyitete was kidnapped on Monday morning by unknown armed men who pretended to be patients at the General Hospital, Ojobo, in Burutu Local Government Area of the State.

The association directed its members under the Ughelli and Bomadi Medical Zones to withdraw their services so that their abducted colleague can regain his freedom.
NAGGMDP also threatened to embark on an indefinite strike if Dr. Iboyitete is not released.
