Operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), Adamawa State Command, in a joint operation with the military, have intercepted 626 blocks of cannabis weighing 500.8kg near the Numan Bridge. The drugs, concealed in two tinted vehicles bearing fake presidency plates, were reportedly being transported from Ondo State to Mubi.

He urged drug users, particularly those undergoing rehabilitation, to abandon the habit and embrace their potential.

During his visit, the governor also inspected NDLEA facilities, reiterating his administration’s commitment to achieving a drug-free society.
