#ENDSARS: POLICE FIRE TEAR GAS AT PROTESTERS IN ABUJA
Operatives of the Nigeria Police, on Monday, October 19, fired tear gas at #EndSARS protesters in Abuja.
The protesters were intercepted at the John Kennedy Street as they attempt to march through the back gate of the Presidential villa.
In a attempt to disperse the protesters from the arena, the police officers fired tear gas.
Eons Intelligence reported earlier that soldiers had barricaded the popular Aya roundabout in the early hours of Monday.
Also, armed Police officers are stationed in front of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN).

Recall that the Federal Capital Territory Security Committee had banned #EndSARS protests in Abuja over alleged violation of the COVID-19 protocols.
The protesters, however, vowed not to back down, as they continue to protest against police brutality and extrajudicial killings.
