SOLDIERS BLOCK SCENE OF PLANNED #ENDSARS PROTEST IN ABUJA
Soldiers have blocked the scene of planned #EndSARS protest in Abuja to prevent protesters from converging.
Men of the Nigerian Army barricaded the popular Aya roundabout in the early hours of Monday, October 19.
Also, armed police officers are currently in front of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) headquarters
This is coming a few hours after sponsored armed hoodlums in SUV Jeeps attacked Protesters stationed at the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) headquarters in Abuja.
Recall that the Federal Capital Territory Security Committee had banned #EndSARS protests in Abuja over alleged violation of COVID-19 protocols.
However, the protesters vowed not to back down until the Government begins implementing the proposed reform.
