GOVERNOR MATAWALLE REINSTATES THREE SACKED COMMISSIONERS AND BOARD CHAIRMEN
Governor Bello Matawalle of Zamfara has reinstated recently sacked three commissioners and three board chairmen of state agencies.
On June 1, Eons Intelligence reported that the Governor sacked the Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Bala Bello, and all 23 commissioners.
The reinstatement was announced in a statement signed by Kabiru Balarabe, the Head of Service and Acting Secretary to the State Government in Gusau on Tuesday.
Those reinstated are Ibrahim Dosara, Commissioner for Information; Sufyanu Yuguda, Commissioner for Finance; and Hajiya Fa’ika Ahmad, Commissioner for Humanitarian Affairs. Also reinstated was the chairman of the Pilgrims’ Welfare Commission.
Others are Abubakar Sodangi (Executive Chairman, Zakat and Endowment Commission) and Ali Muhammad-Dama (Executive Chairman, Board of Internal Revenue Service).
