Jack Ma's medical Kits moved to Abuja Amidst Controversy.
The medical kits donated by Chinese billionaire against the ravaging COVID-19 virus has been airlifted to Abuja by the Nigerian Airforce.
The Chinese philanthropist had sent some medical materials to African countries, including Nigeria, amid the outbreak of coronavirus.
The kit arrived in Lagos on Tuesday and A Adesanya, an air vice marshall, announced that they were subsequently moved to Abuja.
There was however a disagreement over the movement as Lagos State Government objected to the plan. It was argued by the Federal Ministry of Health that Abuja will be used as a coordinating point for the sharing of the materials to all states of the federation. It’s pertinent to note that the donation was at the instance of Lagos state and not the Federal Government.
It was then surprising as to the fast move to hijack the consignment to Abuja. Eons Intelligence can authoritatively report that the conflict was later resolved after the FMH agreed to release part of the materials directly to Lagos State Government.
