MAN KILLS BROTHER OVER A BOTTLE OF DRINK
The Police Command in Lagos has arrested a man identified as Chisom, who reportedly stabbed his brother Henry over a bottle of drink.
The incident was said to have happened at the place of residence of the brothers, at Johnson Street, Alaba Area of Lagos State.
It was reported that Chisom, a 21-year-old man, left a bottle of drink in the house and stepped out, on getting back, his brother Henry, 19, had drank the content.
This got Chisom angry, he grabbed a knife and stabbed Henry in the neck.
Present at the scene was their sister, who screamed for help as she saw blood gush out of Henry's body.
Neighbors on hearing the alarm rushed to the venue of the incident and apprehended Chisom.

Concerned neighbors tried to help Henry, but all efforts proved abortive. Henry died as a result of the severeness of injuries he sustained.
According to the Lagos State Police Public Relations Officer, Bala Elkana, the offender has been arrested and thorough investigation is ongoing.
