POLICE ARREST FOUR SUSPECTS FOR AIDING HOODLUMS TO BURN DOWN POLICE STATION IN RIVERS STATE

The Rivers State Police Command has arrested four suspects for aiding hoodlums to loot and burnt down the Afam police station in Rivers State.

   

Nnamdi Omoni, the State's Police PRO, confirmed the development to newsmen on Tuesday, November 2.


Omoni, who said the suspects confessed that they committed the crime, stated that they would provide adequate information to the police in tracking those who started the mayhem.


The police PRO said a 21-inch television, radio speakers, and the uniforms of the DPO of Afam Police Station were recovered from the suspects.
