POLICE ARREST KUJE PRISON ESCAPEE IN OGUN
Another convict of Kuje Correctional Center who escaped from the facility after it came under attack from suspected terrorists on Tuesday, July 5, 2022, Yakubu AbdulMumuni has been arrested in Sango Ota, Ogun State on Monday.
Report indicates that the 28year old escapee was arrested following information received by policemen at Sango-Ota divisional headquarters.
Upon interrogation, the suspect confessed to have escaped from the facility when it was attacked.
He was also reported to have been convicted by a Kogi State High Court for conspiracy and culpable homicide before he was sent to Kuje.
