THE MANAGING DIRECTOR OF NIGERIA'S COMMODITIES EXCHANGE COMMISSION UNDER FIRE FOR NOT KNOWING THE PRICES OF FOOD IN THE MARKET (VIDEO)
The Managing Director of Nigeria's Commodities Exchange Commission Zaheera Alli has come under fire for not knowing the current price of commodities in the market.
In a video that surfaced online on Thursday evening, a panel asked Mrs Alli to provide the price range of commodities like cocoa or maize which the MD could not provide.

Mrs Alli's lack of knowledge of the current prices of commodities in the market has drawn heavy criticisms from Nigerians, especially at a time like this when citizens are groaning because of the rise in price of basic food items.

"It's because the system is not working everybody in every organisation don't care about their duties anymore as no one will hold them accountable and sad enough we can do nothing about it. Those heading each parastatal ate corrupt this is really pathetic."
