TWO PERSONS KILLED AS RIVAL CULT GROUPS CLASH IN EDO

Two persons have reportedly been killed during an ongoing rival cult groups clash at Upper Sakponba Area and Siloko road in Benin City, Edo State capital.


The clash started around 9:20 am on Thursday, November 12, 2020.


Eons Intelligence gathered that the Benin-Auchi road is no longer safe as Kidnapping and house-to-house robbery activities occur in the area in broad daylight.

At least two persons were killed, on October 19, during a rival cult clash between Aiye and Eiye following the #EndSARS protest in Benin City, the Edo State capital.


Similarly, on April 10, two persons lost their lives in cult violence in some parts of Benin City, during the partial lockdown imposed to curb the spread of COVID-19.

Edo State is no doubt an hot spot for cult violence, Kidnapping and robbery.
